WARNING: THE HONDA MUSIC LINK HAS STOPPED WORKING AT ALL. I WILL FILL YOU ALL IN AS I GET MORE INFO UNTIL THEN DO NOT BUY ONE. SORRY ABOUT ALL THE GOOD TALK NOW TO FIND THAT IT STOPPED WORKING. ALL I DID WAS CONNECT MY NANO AND IT NEVER RECOGNIZED THAT IT IS CONNECTED. IT STARTS TO CHARGE THE NANO SO I KNOW THE WIRES ARE STILL CONNECTED. I AM SOOOOOOOO PISSED RIGHT NOW.
Here is a video of me and my fiancee showing you how the Honda Music Link is operated from the stereo. We took video using both the TTS software and without the TTS software. The key points to see are: What the system sounds like i.e. the text to speech(TTS) software; How easy it it to listen to what you want. The major downside is having to listen to all of the letters to select an artist/etc.. For instance if you want to hear an album by ZZ Top you have two options know the name of the album and search that way or search for ZZ Top searching through artists.

I would like to make one IMPORTANT point about the Honda Music Link. No matter how crappy the TTS software is the honda Music Link undeniably provides superior sound quality. Even my fiancee can tell the difference and normally she doesn't notice the discrepencies in sound recreation that I do, as an AV freak.

Also THE 4 BUTTON IPOD WORKS WITH THE LINK. This is not supposed to be the case. Honda and the manual say the these will not work. If anyone has an older ipod and wants to donate it to the blog for testing purposes contact me.
UPDATE::5-2-06
The 4-button has issues and freezes trying to use certain TTS features. For instance if you want to hear all of the artists starting with a certain letter it MIGHT freeze. On mine it read the letter F perfectly but the letters B and D caused a freeze.
I feel like I am runnign windows again. hahaha
